Mix all ingredients (except paan bahar) in a pan.
Cook it on high flame till sugar dissolves.
After dissolving the sugar now cook at low flame till hard crack stage.
Stir continuously.
For testing - IN a bowl add water and pour one drop. if it cracks it is ready.
Remove from heat and add paan bahar mix well.
Pour the mixture in silicone mould and let it cool.
Remove the honey cough shells from moulds.
Store the honey cough shells in an airtight container.
